Used, fully functional platen die cutter, appropriate for its age. Features a centrally aligned clamping frame for tools, hardened cutting plate, and single-sided die pressure adjustment (unlike most machines where the left and right arms must be set individually). Please note the limitation: the pressure adjustment is somewhat stiff—according to the manufacturer, the central bushing that synchronizes left and right arms is likely worn. The manufacturer’s repair estimate is €10,000–15,000 (including overhaul and transport). According to the manufacturer in Spain, repairs can only be performed at the original factory. The machine operates, but adjusting the die pressure requires some force. Additionally, the machine no longer meets the latest safety standards. All safety features are functional: the table safety bar and rear tool guard are operational; a cage has been installed for lateral protection, which is included in the sales price. The platen operates in both manual and automatic mode, with adjustable cycle times.

We are selling this machine due to the purchase of a new unit. It is still in operation; sale possible at the end of October 2025. We will continue to use it until then.

A suitable forklift is available on site for loading. Machine weight: 5–6 tons. Please ensure you have appropriate heavy-duty equipment for collection.
