The full-punch rivet first severs all joining partners and then punches the rivet button out of the joining point.
With its innovative technology for full-punch rivets, TOX PRESSOTECHNIK,
the specialist for sheet metal joining, expands its range of products and services with a forward-looking process.
Full-punch riveting provides an additional mechanical sheet metal connection,
which is of great importance for lightweight constructions and the joining of hybrid parts and assemblies.

The rivet feeders, clamp and tool holders are also designed to be universal,
so that full-punch rivets with diameters of 4.0 mm and lengths between 3.3 and 8.1 mm,
as well as full-punch rivets with diameters of 5.0 mm and lengths between 3.9 and 9.0 mm,
can be processed flexibly with both TOX hand clamps and TOX robot clamps.
