The Treif FOX-CE /F is a well-established industrial slicer and portioning machine, designed for the precise portioning of fresh, chilled, and lightly frozen raw materials (up to -4°C) with or without bones. The machine is widely used in meat processing plants, butcher shops, supermarkets in the cutting departments, as well as in catering companies and food processing plants. The machine is characterized by a dynamic and repeatable cutting process thanks to the rotating knife system and the hydraulic drive of the feed of the pressure plate. The considerable length of the loading chamber enables the processing of long pieces (e.g., loin, neck, bacon, cold cuts), which translates into high work efficiency and minimized loading downtime. The continuous slice thickness adjustment system, located directly on the front control panel, allows the operator to quickly adjust the parameters to the current production needs.
