The product is introduced into the feeding area and picked up by the inclined belt, which transports it in a controlled manner to the cutting system.

In the cutting unit, the product is processed by the installed blade assembly, obtaining the required format before being discharged to the next stage of production.

The thickness, geometry, and type of cut will depend on the head, blades, and configuration currently installed in the machine.

It can be integrated with:

Hoppers and feeding systems
Fruit and vegetable washers
Sorting tables
Peelers
Blanchers
Coolers
IQF freezing tunnels
Inspection systems
Weighing and dosing systems
Packaging lines

APPLICATIONS

Particularly suitable for fruit and vegetable processors, manufacturers of frozen products, canneries, IV/V range industries, and prepared food producers.

Depending on the installed tooling, it can be used for different fruits, vegetables, and produce that require slicing or dicing operations before further processing.

The combination of TURATTI technology, automatic feeding, and stainless steel construction provides an industrial solution for automating the continuous cutting of vegetable products.
