▪ CO2 laser tube in a sealed metal housing, 25 KW power, air-cooled, 10,640 nm wavelength, approximately 30,000 working hours lifetime.
▪ The laser source can be quickly replaced using the 'Quick-Change' system, without technician intervention or the need to realign the laser beam. Universal manufactures only RF-Excited sealed CO2 laser sources, which provide constant power output and require no maintenance.

The package includes the following optional features:

▪ HPDFO focusing lens + beam collimator. Focal length: 2.0” (5.08 cm), Focal spot diameter: 0.025 mm – Suitable for marking metals
▪ Rotary attachment included – maximum object diameter for rotation: 203 mm
▪ “Air-Assist” cooling and cleaning system – Delivers a clean air jet over the material surface to suppress flames and improve engraving/cutting quality. Also helps to clean the equipment’s optical components (mirrors + lens)
▪ Metal cone for directing airflow at 90 degrees onto the material
▪ Back-Sweep – hose for directing airflow at 45 degrees onto the material
▪ 2 bar pressure compressor – PICCOLINO brand, supplies clean air for the “Air-Assist” system
▪ ‘Laser Interface+’ operating software: user interface allowing for automatic or manual control over power, movement speed, laser pulses (PPI), and other system settings. Includes a materials database with predefined settings according to the processed material; simply select the material type from the list and the driver loads the optimal parameters for cutting/engraving. Settings for custom materials not in the standard database can be saved, stored, and loaded. To maximize processing efficiency, the interface can estimate the remaining time for engraving or cutting.
