The EG300 unit combines the functions of an edger and a multirip saw, enabling you to maximize profitability from each processed board while also increasing overall sawmill output by an average of 20–30%.

The standard EG300 model is equipped with two circular saw blades, functioning as an edger. One blade is fixed, while the second is adjustable from the control panel, using an electronic setworks device for setting the cutting width.

Optional laser cutting guides can be installed, assisting the operator in determining the optimal cutting line.

The EG300 edger consists of three main components: the saw blade assembly, the infeed table, and the outfeed table. The modular design of the machine ensures easy transport, handling, and installation.

Two upper return rollers facilitate advancing the board for subsequent cuts.

An adjustable fence allows the operator to quickly position boards with a previously trimmed edge.

It is possible to install up to 5 circular saw blades for use as a multirip saw.

In this configuration, four blades are fixed for cutting standard widths, while the fifth blade is adjustable. Switching between edger and multirip saw modes is straightforward, and the machine’s design allows the operator to quickly respond to changing production requirements. Mechanical feed speed is adjustable within a range of 0–25 m/min.
