Construction
As a standard, the exhaust filter frame is made
of steel - AISI 304 (it is possible to make a
special version of steel, e.g. AISI 316)
Principle of operation
The scrubber is equipped with two filtration
towers - a pre-treatment column and a proper
treatment column.
The first column has one filtration level, the
second column additional four levels of exhaust
gas filtration.
Each filtration level is equipped with spray
Nodpfx Aeitc Hhsdledd
nozzles, allowing for self-cleaning of the filter
cartridges.
Oils and impurities condensed from the exhaust
gases enter the water tank located at the
bottom of the machine. Then, impurities are
filtered out of the bath using a lamellar oil
separator.
Installation
Purchaser should ensure access to the
machine of media such as: cold/hot water,
compressed air and ensure the possibility
of replacing the water bath after the cleaning
process.
The columns are disassembled to facilitate
transport and installation.
