Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application is in producing keyways from 3 to 28 mm (and beyond), and profiles with similar dimensions. The compact, space-saving design of the machine allows it to be successfully used in small, medium, and large operations. The low cost also makes it worthwhile for small-batch or single-piece production.

Drive is via a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pull point, as well as consistent cutting performance. The open tool table allows large workpieces to be freely placed. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is set by adjustable limit switches with stroke limiter. For short hubs/workpieces, several pieces can be stacked and broached at once.
