This used wood brushing machine RUSTIK MASTER 400 is designed for final surface finishing – fine sanding, structuring, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific type of surface finish depends on the brush tool used. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized wood workpieces, as well as composite materials based on wood and certain plastics.

The feed belt is significantly worn. Replacement with a new feed belt can be arranged on demand.

Surface finishing, structuring, and grain enhancement procedures are mainly intended for workpieces made of solid wood. The purpose of these processes is to create or highlight the natural grain structure of the wood. Brushes of various hardness are supplied for this purpose, and the choice of the right tool depends on the process requirements and the desired final texture. The working parts of the brushes are made from synthetic and metallic fibers with various properties.

When fitted with non-original brushes, the machine can also be used for other operations such as surface cleaning, polishing, fine finishing sanding, etc.
