TRANSFER TYPE POWDER COATING LINES
The transfer type conveyor consists of a combination of conveyor rails. The effective powder coating system layout is designed by our project department according to your workshop dimensions based on the products to be coated and daily quantities.
Workpieces are loaded onto the bars which are moved manually or automatically to bring the products to the needed, booth or oven. The advantage of this system is that the products are loaded on the conveyor and do not tire the operator as they move on the conveyor until the end of the process, so it is an efficient system.

The movement of the bars can be automated at any point in the system, making the entire conveyor line a cost-effective alternative to power&free conveyors.
In the painting system, automatic coating can be achieved by adding a conveyor system above the powder or paint booth and adding a reciprocator and automatic gun to the coating booth.
