Our KVK 3 Automatic is a brand-new unit in stock. This automatic stretch wrapper with turntable automatically attaches the film to the pallet and cuts it off again after the wrapping cycle, in contrast to the KVK 3, which requires manual handling. The wrapping process can be conveniently started via remote control—no more getting off the forklift or bending down to attach the film to the pallet.

It is also equipped with a pre-stretch system providing up to 250% stretch. With this system, you can achieve up to 3.5 meters of film from just 1 meter of roll, which significantly reduces material consumption. Furthermore, the pre-stretch system generates only minimal film tension, so even lightweight goods won’t be pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic comes with a 1,650 mm turntable and can routinely wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height.

With adjustable turntable and film carriage speeds, as well as a power-stretch unit that can be fine-tuned via potentiometer, you can perfectly adapt the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. Available wrapping programs include ‘up only,’ ‘up & down’ (cross wrapping), and ‘weatherproof’ wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if required.

If you need to use the wrapper at another location, it can be easily relocated with a forklift via integrated lift slots.

Options: In addition to a suitable ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can optionally be configured for a maximum wrapping height of up to 3,200 mm.

This model is our clear recommendation if you are wrapping very lightweight goods or wrapping more than approximately 30 pallets per day, requiring the film to be automatically applied and cut.
