The BookMaster brochure machine and the TrimMaster trimmer combine maximum performance with cost efficiency. They are easy to operate, low-maintenance, and therefore by far the most advanced, user-friendly, and reliable saddle stitch booklet makers on the market. The BookMaster features a unique stapling mechanism that ensures virtually maintenance-free operation. The main wear parts are integrated into the staple cartridge and are replaced every 5,000 cycles during cartridge change. This enables over one million cycles before any stapler head service is required. The BookMaster is equipped with manual adjustments for page margins, end alignment, and staple/fold positioning.

The TrimMaster trimming unit is fitted with a single, self-sharpening blade made of hardened steel for clean trimming of the book fore-edge. All trimming waste is conveyed outside the machine to an external waste container, allowing for continuous operation.

Finished brochures are transferred onto a high-performance delivery conveyor.
