This machine integrates four processes—stitching, folding, spine forming, and trimming—in one unit to produce SquareBack booklets up to 224 pages. Features fully automatic setup for different booklet sizes and page counts, including adjustable stitch leg length for variable spine thickness. For inline workflows, compatible with major digital press manufacturers (e.g. Kodak, Canon, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh) providing seamless production finishing solutions.

Engineered for high-volume, reliable production and ease of operation—designed for extended runs with minimal operator intervention.

Maximum booklet thickness: 0.39” (using 50 x 80 g/m² sheets).
