This machine was used as a showroom machine from 2016 to 2022. From 2022, the machine was used for production at HAL Plauen for the processing of axle carriers. Before being used for production, the machine was completely overhauled/refurbished.

In December 2024, a new milling spindle was purchased (the spindle has approximately 500 operating hours).

The machine/asset does not include any product-related tools/fixtures or grippers (robots).

The machine was taken out of production in October 2025 due to the factory closure. It is still powered on and can be inspected in that state. However, it cannot be put into operation for a trial run because no machine operator is available. Please review the videos available, which were taken of the machine in December 2025.

Transport locks are not required.
For loading and unloading, special Wenzler lifting/transport equipment is required. This equipment must be rented directly from Wenzler/Heller Group by the buyer. After lifting and unloading, the buyer must return the equipment to Wenzler.
