Overview

This Braumanufaktur Werk II Fillmaster R18 is a compact isobaric rinsing, filling and crown-capping monoblock for glass bottles, built in 2023 by Braumanufaktur Werk II (Großalmerode, Germany). It is sold as a complete craft-scale bottling set for carbonated beverages together with a 750 L fermentation and carbonation tank (SM Inox, 2021) and a 330 L pressure loading tank (SM Inox, 2023).

The monoblock combines 6 rinsing stations, 6 isobaric filling valves and 6 crown-capping heads in a single compact unit. CO₂ pre-saturation of the bottles before filling reduces oxygen pickup and product oxidation. Mechanical movements are driven by a pneumatic system (6 - 8 bar); filling parameters, production data and bottle counters are managed via the Siemens SIMATIC HMI touch panel. The line is still installed and under power, and basic functionality can be demonstrated on site.

Used - very good condition with light use: the PLC production counter reads approx. 58,600 bottles / 12,000 litres in total. Still installed and under power; the sale takes place because the owner has discontinued production.
