The Quadro Filius is a program-controlled machine for the gentle processing of all types of roll dough.
The following types of rolls can be produced:
- Rustic rolls, square
- Rustic rolls, square, dimpled
- Rustic rolls, diamond-shaped
- Rustic rolls, triangular
- Seeded breadsticks

The machine is characterized by its high flexibility in the production of these baked goods in small and medium-sized businesses.
It can be combined with downstream dusting units or a rotary table system.
Operation is via a text display.

The machine has been inspected and tested with dough by our master baker.
