X-Floc EM400/440 Insulation Blowing Machine

Professional high-performance blowing machine designed for processing a wide range of loose insulation and fibre materials. Suitable for open blowing, dry injection, damp-spray applications and material conveying, it can be used both on construction sites and as part of a stationary production system.

The machine is equipped with a large loading hopper of approximately 1,000 litres, capable of holding around 5–6 standard bags of insulation material. Four rotating shredder shafts progressively break up and condition the compacted fibres before transferring them into the rotary airlock. The adjustable airlock feed gate allows precise control of the material flow.

Depending on the version and material used, the EM400/440 can reach a processing capacity of up to approximately 1,600 kg/h. The adjustable air system delivers a maximum pressure of 540 mbar, with an air volume of approximately 100–430 m³/h for the EM400 and up to 100–680 m³/h for the EM440.

The machine can be operated using a cable or optional wireless remote control, allowing the operator to adjust air output, material supply and pressure-control functions directly from the working area.
