If the purchase price is not paid in full within this period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the purchase contract.

Please understand that I cannot assume any liability for compliance with the safety regulations that may apply to you and are generally required for the sold machine and its components. Compliance with such safety regulations is the responsibility of the final operator.
All contracts concluded by me are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mannheim is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
