PVC Line – YILMAZ TK 503 Single-Head Welding Machine + YILMAZ CA 601 Corner Cleaning Machine – Year 2023

The line consists of two professional machines designed for welding PVC profiles and subsequently cleaning the welded corners:

1. YILMAZ TK 503 - Single-Head Welding Machine for PVC

Single-head welding machine designed to join PVC profiles at continuously adjustable angles ranging from 30° to 180°.

The machine allows the operator to select the welding bead thickness between the standard 2.0 mm configuration and the reduced 0.2 mm configuration. The melting and welding times, pressure and temperature can be adjusted according to the profile specifications.

2. YILMAZ CA 601 - Corner Cleaning Machine for PVC

Corner cleaning machine designed for finishing PVC profiles welded at 90°. The machine cleans the upper and lower surfaces and the external corners, accurately removing welding beads and residues generated during the welding process.

The hydropneumatic system, PLC control and vertical and horizontal clamps ensure stability and precision throughout the working cycle.
