Next Generation Robotic Stone Processing Complex
“NO CONCRETE FOUNDATION REQUIRED”
The robotic complex presented here is based on a KUKA KRC2 robot from 2012.
The system can also be supplied with:
- used KUKA KRC4 robots,
- brand-new KUKA KRC4 robots,
- next-generation KUKA KRC5 robots.
Our company also offers larger robotic configurations based on the KUKA KR360 / KR500 platform, available in both used and new versions.
Additional configurations are available with:
- fully automatic spindle and wire-frame exchange systems,
- additional milling spindles,
- wire-saw frames of various widths,
- additional technological heads,
- rotary tables with payload capacities of:
- 10 tons,
- 20 tons,
- 30 tons,
- additional protective safety fencing systems.
Introducing RoboMill — an adaptive multifunctional robotic system designed for:
- milling,
- contour cutting,
- wire-saw processing,
- stone slab machining.
The key feature of the complex is its monobase construction, where all major system components are integrated into a single steel platform.
The robot, rotary table, electrical communication, air and water lines, spindle cooling system, positioning systems, tool banks, and auxiliary mechanisms are all mounted on one rigid structure.
This engineering approach provides several major advantages:
- preservation of system geometry even after transportation
- elimination of concrete foundations
- rapid deployment at a new location
- preservation of CAM-system mathematical accuracy without recalibration
Installation requires only:
- positioning the platform on the surface
- drilling six anchor holes
- fixing the structure using chemical anchors
- connecting electrical power, compressed air, and water supply
After that, the system is ready for operation.

The complex is equipped with:
- industrial KUKA robot
- automatic 16-position BT40 tool bank
- semi-automatic spindle and wire-frame exchange system
- rotary table with payload capacity up to 6 tons
- 3200 × 2200 mm slab-cutting platform for disk machining

The robot memory contains:
- semi-automatic spindle and wire-frame exchange programs
- all 16 spatial tool pickup and return programs
- external kinematic models of the rotary table
- auxiliary positioning and safe-transition programs
Because all components are rigidly fixed to a single monobase structure, the center distances between the robot, table, and technological modules remain unchanged even after transportation.
This allows the CAM mathematical model to remain fully valid while minimizing setup and recalibration time after installation.
