The granulation line consists of a belt conveyor, an agglomerator technologically integrated with an extruder; a two-stage, twin-screw extruder with L/D ratios of 28:1 and L/D 12/1 is equipped with a degassing system, a hydraulic screen changer and a water cutting head, a centrifuge, a vibrating feeder with a screen, pneumatic conveyors, a buffer tank, and automatic control with a control cabinet. The line is a reliable recycling equipment that is suitable for plastic films, bags, scraps (≤ 0.5 mm) and other soft PE/PP waste. It has a compact structure, an ergonomic layout of individual devices, and is characterized by smooth operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and energy consumption.

The control panel is only for the line, and all the electrical parts for all the equipment in the line are equipped with international high-quality components, including Siemens low-voltage electrical appliances, Fuji inverter, Omron temperature controller, etc., which is a guarantee for the reliable operation of the production line.

In addition, the control panel is also equipped with a door protection device. When the door is opened, the power will be cut off and there will be no electricity in the panel. It will make the checking and maintenance much safer, without the risk of electric shock. After closing the door, the power will be on.
