ZILLI & BELLINI DA.12

ZILLI & BELLINI Automatic Sealing Machine with 12-Piston Filling Unit – Stainless Steel

Automatic sealing machine from ZILLI & BELLINI with a 12-piston filling unit, designed to integrate the dispensing of the product and the subsequent hermetic sealing of containers within an automated industrial line.

The unit combines a filling system with 12 pistons and an automatic sealing section, allowing both operations to be performed in a synchronized and continuous manner. The piston filling technology is particularly suitable for products whose dispensing requires repeatable volumetric control.

Its construction, primarily in stainless steel, along with the complete enclosure of the work areas and the integrated control panel, makes it suitable for professional installations in the food and canning industry.

PROCESS

Containers are automatically fed into the machine and transferred to the 12-piston filling unit.

The system performs a controlled volumetric dispensing, introducing the pre-set amount of product into each container. Once filling is complete, the containers are automatically transferred to the sealing section.

In this second stage, the caps are positioned on the containers, and the corresponding mechanical sealing is performed, resulting in a product that is ready to continue to the subsequent operations in the line.

It can be integrated with:

-Container depalletizers
-Washing / rinsing machines
-Product feeders
-Cap feeding systems
-Conveyors
-Weight checkers
-Inspection equipment
-Pasteurizers
-Autoclaves / retorts
-Labeling machines
-Cartoning machines
-Palletizers

APPLICATIONS

Particularly suitable for canning companies and manufacturers of packaged food products that need to automate the filling and sealing operations simultaneously.

The 12-piston system may be suitable for various liquid, semi-liquid, or viscous products, depending on the product characteristics and the specific configuration of the equipment.

Container formats, dispensing volumes, compatible products, and the type of sealing will depend on the tooling and configuration currently installed.

The combination of ZILLI & BELLINI technology, 12-piston filling, and automatic sealing provides a compact solution for continuous industrial packaging lines.

Machine available for inspection.
