Due to the acquisition of a new machine, our reliable edge banding machine, purchased new in 2016, is now for sale. The machine has operated in a joinery workshop with 8 employees. It underwent a complete overhaul in January 2025. New radius scrapers, new milling tools, and new polishing wheels were installed. The pre-milling unit has been re-sharpened. The glue roller’s clutch has been replaced. The glue pot was completely refurbished and cleaned.

The machine is suitable for both EVA granulate (e.g., Henkel Dorus KS351) and PUR adhesives.

The degree of pre-milling, the edge material thickness, and the position of the lower and upper milling tools can be conveniently adjusted from outside the machine housing via manual handwheels.

The control system allows custom edge banding programs to be saved.

The machine automatically and pneumatically switches between 0.4 mm and 2.0 mm edge banding via program.
