This is a processing turbine from the premium manufacturer Hobart, type PVM 302. It is a mobile, versatile turbo mixer for pureeing, mixing, chopping, emulsifying, stirring, etc. Ideal for use with vegetable, meat, and fish soups, sauces, vegetables (grated), mashed potatoes, yogurt, dressings, fruit and vegetable purees, liquid dough, baked goods, sorbets, and omelets. Compact dimensions and ease of use guarantee fast and cost-effective operation, even in confined spaces.
The machine is equipped, as can be seen in the photo of the processing head, with the PVM 302 sieve insert with 4 mm holes.

The PVM 302 has an integrated safety device that prevents automatic restart after a power failure or power cut. An electrical safety device ensures that the mixing head can only be operated when it is set to a height of more than 300 mm or less than 900 mm.

The PVM 302 has been completely refurbished in our in-house workshop, and the following parts have been replaced:
flexible shaft / bearing shaft / sliding ring seals / various ball bearings / 1 set of horizontal knives. The processing turbine is now in excellent technical condition.
The unit can be inspected and demonstrated in our workshop. Upon request, we can also send a video of the unit.

The fine sieve insert is included, as well as a grease gun for regular maintenance. See photos!

Machine design:
Frame and all parts in contact with food made of chrome-nickel steel 18/9. The machine is mobile and equipped with 4 large rollers, two of which can be swiveled and locked. The machine is tilt-proof due to the rear outriggers.
Machine with high-performance turbine and vertical and horizontal knife set; good chopping and pureeing performance. Turbine with intake protection ring. Power transmission via flexible shaft. The machine bears the GS/CE mark.
Motor: Special motor, ball-bearing mounted, with motor protection switch and robust on/off switch, suitable for continuous operation. Turbine with two speeds.
