Mobile paint booths in container design for painting and coating various objects.
They are specially designed for mobility so that they can be easily transported and set up on different construction sites. The booth is usually equipped with a ventilation system to ensure air quality, lighting and a filter system that prevents paint mist from escaping.

The ventilation system ensures that the vapors and particles released during painting are kept inside the booth so that there is no danger to the environment.

Overview of the design and functions
Our mobile 20-foot Sapi painting containers consist of a robust steel frame with welded wall and ceiling panels. Inside, we can add special equipment such as cranes or lifting devices. The floor is made of tear plate. There are ventilation grilles in both door leaves, which are fitted with fine-pored filter mats. One leaf is designed as an escape door for safety reasons and has a viewing window. It should also be mentioned that these are not simply converted shipping containers! We manufacture all our containers from scratch ourselves. We only use the most stable materials that meet the requirements and have also been tested and proven in terms of safety. Normal shipping containers would not meet the required safety standards.

Paint extraction system in the mobile painting container
The paint mist extraction wall for paint mist separation is located in front of the rear wall and is equipped with multi-layer filter mats. The extraction wall consists of a galvanized housing, edged with baffle plates including various suspension and fastening elements for the filter equipment. The powerful and EX-protected extraction fan with drive motor is installed on a console in the rear wall area on the outside of the container.

The new generation of mobile spray booths must meet the highest EU requirements. The consideration of new paint systems such as hydro paints, polyurethane resins, epoxy-zinc dust or epoxy-iron-mica paints places high demands on existing paint booths. That is why we have developed a new and unique mobile paint booth for the next generation of coating solutions.

An important criterion is the transportation of the workpieces for painting and for further processing steps.
